Fear of Judgment or Criticism: No worries. You do not share personal or sensitive information. It’s your decision what you share, and you may not choose to share at all.

Fear of Not Fitting In:  Feeling like an outsider, we are all in it together. We all are women over 50, and share the same but different experiences. We support each other. Everyone fits in.

Fear of Lack of Privacy: I’m there to support you and everything you tell me is confidential. However, if you share personal information that you don’t want shared, I suggest to bring it up with me – and not the group.

Fear of Not Getting Individual Attention: In a group format, individual attention is not necessary. There will be templates, there will be workbooks – and should you have questions, it can be discussed in a group, or you can send me an email. However, for more personal guidance, Premiere Custom Coaching is for you.

Fear of Technology (for Virtual Groups): This one is easy. All group coaching is done on Zoom. You get a link, and all you need to do is click it. And we’ll walk you through it. You don’t need any more tech skills that a click of a mouse.

Fear of Commitment: No worries. If you can’t be on the actual Zoom, you’ll get a recording. You’ll get the emails and the templates and you can listen anywhere at any time.

Fear of the Financial Investment: Once again I have your back. I am so sure that you will love what you’ll be doing, that if, for any reason coaching doesn’t work for you, after the 2nd session, just ask me, and you’ll get your money back. And that’s a guarantee.
