I’m Beverley Glazer, Author of the upcoming book The What’s Next Factor: For women who have it all and are brave enough to discover what’s missing; host of the acclaimed International podcast Aging With Purpose and Passion, (5% globally).
I love all things creative and the sculptures and paintings in my house are memories of my first career as an art consultant – collaborating with Indigenous artists in Canada’s North and Corporations down south. It was a passion, but I witnessed the deep social and economic gaps in those communities and my inner compass shifted. I was compelled to do more.
I returned to university to earn the clinical and business credentials necessary to open a private practice and work in the addiction field. And, I’ve spent over 3 decades, counseling and coaching clients and families from all walks of life.
Along the way I noticed a pattern:
Men are taught to build empires; women are taught to be the glue.
I saw brilliant women who have spent decades being the “Chief Emotional Officer” for everyone else. They have managed succession plans for their companies, college applications for their children, and care plans for their aging parents.
On the surface everything looks ‘fine’, but after 50, they questioned their self worth, identity, and struggled with the barriers of ageism.
I have this unwavering belief: a woman’s age is her greatest asset
You can’t build ‘what’s next’ with the same blueprints that got you here
Traditional therapy looked backward; generic coaching skimmed the surface. They need a Strategic Thinking Partner – Someone with the clinical depth and the business savy who can cut through the fog, and turn those 3 a.m. doubts into 9 a.m. decisions with insight and clarity.
From Art Consultant to Midlife Clarity
Fine Art training taught me to spot hidden value quickly; psychotherapy sharpened my understanding of human motivation; years in business gave me the language of ROI. Today I blend all three as a midlife transition coach and mindset‑driven executive advisor. Our conversations dig deep enough to honour your story and move fast enough to fit your schedule and unlock clarity that works.
Who I Work With (and Why They Come)
My clients are founders juggling succession plans, directors contemplating retirement, retired professionals who now feel invisible and want more, women navigating divorce in later life, or caregiving, while trying to hold it all together. My clients come to me from various professional backgrounds, but they’re all looking for strategic insights and sophisticated strategies for their boldest next act.
If you are “brave enough to discover what’s missing, you are my people.
How We Work
Our sessions feel like a candid conversation with a friend who refuses to allow you stay stuck. We laugh, question old rules, and build tools you can use immediately: a decision filter for tough calls, a boundary script that keeps working, a three‑step ritual that turns burnout into steady energy. Insight is important—action is non‑negotiable.
